This platform presents my professional experiences and expertise in the tourism and hospitality industry, featuring insights from my roles as a tourism practitioner, tour guide, tour leader, and researcher.
Purpose of This Platform
This platform has two main goals.
First, it serves as a space to introduce myself and present my professional journey in the tourism and hospitality industry. In this way, the website also functions as my portfolio, where I share my experiences, projects, and professional work.
Second, my goal is to contribute to the growth of tourism professionals by sharing practical knowledge, industry experiences, and useful learning resources. Whether you are a student, a new professional, or someone who simply loves tourism, I hope the materials and stories shared here can inspire and support your journey in the tourism and hospitality industry.
I welcome collaborations. My goal is to make practical knowledge easier to access and to support the growth of professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Hello again! Thank you for your interest on my work yap!
Let me introduce my self a bit here, so we can get to know if we can collaborate in the future :). I am Dora, I am a recipient of the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) scholarship in 2023, which enabled me to pursue a master’s degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management at Bournemouth University. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity because it took me three application attempts on the LPDP scholarship, but overall I have gone through 10 scholarships which took me 2 years to eventually got 1 slot. I was very dedicated to do the hard work, preparation, and continuous learning to achieve this goal.
This experience taught me the importance of perseverance, discipline, and continuous self-improvement. Eventually, my hard work paid off, and I graduated with Distinction, achieving my highest academic goal. This achievement strengthened not only my academic capabilities but also my determination to continue contributing to Indonesia’s tourism sector.

This research is about the facilities and activities for active ageing. How facilities and activities can support the active ageing in the leisure activities in the UK.
